Customers can
request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Products must be
unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all accessories
and invoices.

Products damaged due
to misuse, physical damage or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Some products such
as software items, digital products or special offer items may not be eligible
for return.

Once the returned
product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
·
Refunds are usually
credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
·
In case of Cash on
Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
·
Customers can
request a replacement if the product received is defective, damaged or
incorrect.
·
Replacement requests
must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
·
Orders can be
cancelled before they are shipped.
·
Once the product is
shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
